What is included with my portrait session?

We include an online gallery, a mobile app, and digital photos for social media sharing.

Can I print the social media photos?

No, the photos are tastefully branded with our logo, and are not licensed for print.

Do you offer a digital only package?

No, we believe that portraits are meant to be displayed, and that professional portraits deserve professional prints. To that end, we provide a number of gorgeous, ready-to-hang portrait solutions. Most people use their digital photos simply for social media sharing. We provide digitals that are perfectly suited to that purpose.

How can I get the full-resolution digital photos and a print release?

There are two ways to get a printable, full-resolution photo. First, we provide them free with the purchase of any 20×30 or larger print. Second, they are available for individual purchase at $195 each.

How does the Picture Perfect Guarantee work?

It’s really simple. Upon presentation of the proofs, if you are not satisfied, and we cannot resolve the problem to your satisfaction, we will gladly refund the session fee. Upon delivery of your prints, if you are not satisfied due to defect or unexpected print result, we will replace them free of charge. Please note that prints will be replaced with prints of equal value, and the original must be returned to us.

Do you offer any discount programs?

Yes, we have a great referral program for our customers. For every person you refer who books a portrait session, you receive a $25 credit toward your next portrait session. The person you refer also receives a $25 credit toward their session. If you refer six people who book a session, your next session fee will be paid for. A session is not considered booked until the booking fee is paid.

My eyes are bigger than my wallet, do you offer an installment plan?

Yes, we can split your order into either two or three installments. A valid credit card is required.
